Winter training schedule

We offer seasonal training that changes based on the time of year.

 

For December and January we offer:

 

Group Training

for Intermediate and Advanced Athletes

This means players have mastered the basic skills of volleyball, but need help taking their game to the next level. Examples - athletes can serve over the net with proper technique, pass back and forth with control, hit the ball over the net with control, and can complete partner ball control drills without the ball dropping.

These athletes are typically on club travel teams, play on their JV or Varsity teams at school for a minimum of 2-3 years.

Beginner Skills 

for players that have no experience, or may have experience playing recreationally for a few years, but never got proper technical training and need help on their basic technique​

We want athletes placed appropriately in our sessions based on their skill level, not their age. This ensures athletes get the most out of each session. We evaluate athletes on their first session with us, and if they are not appropriately placed in the session that correlates with their skill level we move players to one that is appropriate for the next session.
